REFUND & CREDIT POLICY — ALERTA ACCESS

1. General Policy
All purchases made on the Alerta Access platform — including individual courses, subscription plans, live experiences, and one-on-one mentorship sessions — are final. Alerta Global Inc does not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances.
2. Platform Credits
In limited circumstances, Alerta Access may issue Platform Credits ('Credits') to your account instead of a monetary refund. Credits can be applied toward the purchase of any course or service available on the Platform.
3. Credit Eligibility Conditions
Credits may be granted ONLY if ALL of the following conditions are met simultaneously:
The course or content has not been accessed, viewed, or started in any capacity
The request is submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase date and time
The request is submitted via email to hello@alertacreative.com with your order number and account email
If any one of the above conditions is not met, the purchase is final, and no credit will be issued.
4. Non-Eligible Purchases
The following purchases are not eligible for credits under any circumstances:
Courses or content that have been accessed, opened, or partially viewed
Completed or attended live experiences, workshops, or bootcamps
Completed or attended one-on-one mentorship sessions
Subscription charges after the billing cycle has begun
Purchases made more than 48 hours before the credit request
Promotional, discounted, or bundle purchases
5. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund or credit for the current billing period. Access to subscription content continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Live Experiences and Mentorships
Live experiences, workshops, bootcamps, and one-on-one mentorship sessions are non-refundable and non-creditable once booked. If an instructor cancels a session, Alerta Access will issue a Platform Credit equal to the amount paid for that session.
7. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to purchased content, contact us at hello@alertacreative.com within 48 hours of the issue. We will investigate and, if the issue is confirmed as a Platform error, may issue a Credit at our sole discretion.
8. Credit Validity
Platform Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with promotional discounts.
9. How to Request a Credit

Subject line: 'Credit Request — Alerta Access.'
Your full name and account email address
Your order number or transaction ID
Reason for the request
Requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Decisions are final.
